Food and Beverage Manager
Responsible for maintaing and evaluating the entire F&B operations and taking corrective action where necessary according to company policies. Conducts daily inspections of all storerooms, Galley, Bars, Restaurants, etc. Also inspects all equipment relating to the function of the Food and Beverage operation. Ensures that the ships inventories are at optimum levels. Must have extensive knowledge of USPH rules and regulation and of onboard waste removal. Also, helps with the planning of menus and incorporating principles of good menu planning.
